Cheap Tickets Direct provides information on an "as is" basis. In no event shall Cheap Tickets Direct be liable for the accuracy, the completeness, or reliability of any of the content or the data found on this site or any content derived from such data. Cheap Tickets Direct and any third party providers expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.
Cheap Tickets Direct assumes no responsibility for damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment on account of you're your access to, use of, or browsing in this web site. SERVICE FEES
Cheap Tickets Direct charges service fees for all transactions. Fees range from CAD$5.00 to CAD$50.00 per ticket and are included in the taxes/fees amount.
FARES
All fares including taxes and service charges are non-refundable.
CREDIT CARD
You authorize Cheap Tickets Direct and/or its suppliers to charge your credit card for the total amout including all taxes and service fees. Service fees may appear as seperate charges.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
Purchases made by someone other than a passenger require the cardholder to fill-out a third-pary credit authorization form. In addition to completing and faxing the form, the cardholder must fax a front and back copy of the card. Cheap Tickets Direct reserves the right to cancel any booking should a client fail to provide all the necessary information.
VERIFICATION AND VALIDATION
Each transaction made with Cheap Tickets Direct is verified and validated by a verification agent for quality assurance and security. It is at the sole discretion of Cheap Tickets Direct to cancel a reservation if the agent was not able to verify the billing information of the client or if the agent was not able to get in contact with the client within 24 hours of the transaction. You can expect to be contacted by an agent within 24 hours of reservation (usually within one business hour). If you have not been contacted, please call 1-877-948-0707.
RECONFIRMATIONS
Outbound and return flights must be reconfirmed with the relevant airlines at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of that leg of the journey unless specifically informed otherwise by that airline. Cheap Tickets Direct accepts no responsibility for bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with rules set by that particular airline. Cheap Tickets Direct also take no responsibility for any flight rescheduling by its suppliers.
PASSPORTS / VISAS / HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the passport, visa, health requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (even if it is for a plane change). Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a period of (a minimum) six months from the date of arrival into that country. Cheap Tickets Direct accepts no responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported due to non-fulfillment of the above.
INSURANCE
Cheap Tickets Direct strongly recommends travel insurance to cover you for cancellation, health, baggage etc. Please see the RBC Travel Insurance section for more information.
CANCELLATION / CHANGES
If you need to change or cancel your travel plans, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing of such a request. These tickets are discount tickets, which have restrictions on them and may be up to 100% non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cheap Tickets Direct charges a service fee for any changes or cancellations to fares. In addition to Cheap Tickets Direct charges, most airlines also have a penalty or cancellation fee for any changes or cancellations to fares. Please ensure you read the flight rules for the fare selected as airline charges are notified in those rules depending on whether you wish to cancel or change your flight. If you are holding a booking for which a ticket has been arranged and you do not notify us in writing of your desire to cancel, this will be treated as a "no show" and could result in you losing all that you paid.
LOST / STOLEN DOCUMENTS
If you lose your documents, it may be possible to re-issue them for a fee. The amount payable will depend on the circumstances of the loss and how close to the travel date you discover it. However, not all documents can be re-issued; which is another good reason for ensuring you have sufficient insurance cover. Documents will be dispatched to you in accordance with your instructions and we accept no responsibility for their delivery.

Cheap Tickets Direct contains links to other web sites. Please, take note that when you click on one of those links, you are entering another web site and Cheap Tickets Direct is not responsible for the privacy and security policies or the content of such web sites. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, (Qc) in all questions and controversies arising out of the use of this site and this agreement.
